Biography

Collin Westerlund is a producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Baltimore. On his debut LP Beautiful World, he wrote all twelve songs and performed every part himself — drums, bass, guitars, keys, and every layer of vocal harmony.

His sound is deliberately old-school: Motown, classic soul, and the kind of harmony singing built to last, with clean lyrics and craftsmanship over novelty. He spent time building a record label in Bentonville, Arkansas — where the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette profiled his work — and has since brought the whole operation home to a recording room in Baltimore.
